How do I earn Puzzle Points?

You’ll automatically earn Puzzle Points every time you make a purchase, as long as you’re logged into your account (or create one at checkout). The more you spend, the more points you earn, and your earn rate actually increases the more you shop with us, see “How do the levels work?” below.

How do the levels work?

The more you shop with us, the faster you earn. As your lifetime points grow, you’ll move up through our Puzzle Levels, and each level earns Puzzle Points faster than the last, for the exact same amount spent.

Level 1 – Puzzle Apprentice (Starting Level):
10 Puzzle Points for every $1 spent

Level 2 – Puzzle Noble (from 5000 points):
15 Puzzle Points for every $1 spent

Level 3 – Puzzle Royalty (from 10000 Points):
20 Puzzle Points for every $1 spent

You don’t need to do anything to level up, it happens automatically as your points grow.

You can check your current level any time on your Points & Rewards page in My Account.

How do I join the rewards program?

There’s nothing extra to sign up for. Simply create a Puzzle Palace account (or log into your existing one) when you check out, and you’re automatically enrolled. You’ll start earning Puzzle Points from that purchase onward.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Once you’ve built up some Puzzle Points, you can redeem them for a discount on a future order. Every 200 Puzzle Points is worth $1 off.

Head to the cart or checkout page, where you’ll see an option to view your available points and choose how many you’d like to redeem, you don’t have to use them all at once.

How do referrals work?

Every logged in customer has their own unique referral link, which you’ll find on your Points & Rewards page.

Share it with as many friends as you like, there’s no limit, each time a new friend makes their first purchase using your link, you’ll earn your referral points again. Share it however suits you, email it to a friend, drop it in a group chat, or post it on Facebook or Instagram. Once your friend makes their first purchase, you’ll receive 2000 bonus Puzzle Points and they’ll receive 1000 bonus Puzzle Points to kickstart their own collection.

Points aren’t awarded until your friend’s first order is completed.

How does the Facebook share work?

You’ll earn Puzzle Points the first time you click the Facebook share button on your Points & Rewards page, that’s a once-off bonus per customer, sharing again after that won’t earn you further points.

How do I get my birthday reward?

Head to My Account > Points & Rewards and find the Birthday Reward. Click “Set Birthday” to add your date of birth, then we’ll send your reward automatically each year. Just note your birthday can’t be changed once it’s set, so double check it before confirming.

I redeemed my points but didn't use them, where are they now?

No problem, your reward doesn’t disappear. Once you redeem Puzzle Points, they’re converted into a coupon that sits in your account until you’re ready to use it. You’ll find it listed on your Points & Rewards page in My Account. Where you can Apply the Points as a Coupon, or convert back into Points.

How does the $50 Coupon work?

Once you reach Puzzle Royalty, our top loyalty level, you’ll automatically receive a $50 coupon, no need to redeem points for it, it’s ours to give you as a thank you for reaching the top tier.

Where to find it:

You’ll find your coupon under My Account → Points & Rewards, alongside your points balance.

You can also access it during checkout. Look for the “Click Here” link next to your points banner, this takes you to the same Points & Rewards area, under the “My Rewards” tab, where you’ll see your coupon listed. Click Apply Coupon and it’ll be added to your order.

Worth knowing: unlike Puzzle Points, which stay tied to your account, a coupon code can be shared. If you’d like to pass your $50 coupon on to a friend or family member instead of using it yourself, you’re welcome to give them the code. It can only be used once, by whoever applies it first, so make sure you’re happy to hand it over before you do.

Are levels based on the points I've earned, or my current available points?

Your level is based on the total points you’ve earned over time, not your current available balance. So if you redeem points for a reward, your level doesn’t drop, spending your points never takes you backwards. The only thing that moves you up a level is continuing to earn more.

Do rewards expire?

No. Your Puzzle Points don’t expire, and once you convert them into a reward, that reward doesn’t expire either. Take your time, there’s no rush to use them.

Do I earn points on shipping costs?

No, Puzzle Points are only earned on the price of the products you purchase, not on shipping costs. This keeps things fair and consistent no matter which shipping option you choose at checkout.

Is there a limit on how many Puzzle Points I can earn?

No, there’s no cap on how many Puzzle Points you can earn. The more you shop, the more you earn, and the faster you’ll move through our Puzzle Levels.

Can I earn Puzzle Points for orders I made before the rewards program started?

No, unfortunately Puzzle Points can only be earned on orders placed after the program launched. We’re not able to add points retroactively for past purchases.

Can I transfer my Puzzle Points to another member?

No, Puzzle Points are tied to your individual account and can’t be transferred or shared with another customer.

Terms and Conditions

Puzzle Points and rewards are only valid for use at puzzlepalace.com.au and have no cash value.
Puzzle Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, and cannot be shared between accounts.
Puzzle Points are earned on the price of products purchased only, shipping costs are excluded.
An account must be created (or an existing account logged into) at checkout for an order to earn Puzzle Points. Orders placed as a guest, without creating or logging into an account, will not earn points.
Puzzle Points cannot be earned retroactively on orders placed before the customer created an account or before the rewards program began.
Puzzle Palace Australia reserves the right to review, withhold, or cancel points or rewards earned through fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or any activity outside the intended spirit of the program, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to gain additional rewards.
Reward coupons generated through the redemption of Puzzle Points are a discount off future purchases at Puzzle Palace Australia only, and are not equivalent to cash.
Puzzle Palace Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Puzzle Points program, or change point values, earning rates, and reward types, at any time without prior notice.
In the event that Puzzle Palace Australia ceases to trade, all outstanding Puzzle Points and rewards become void.
