The inspiration for Illumination Tree was born out of my love of nature, especially the powerful presence of mighty trees.  In my studio, I need to see as much of the outdoors as possible and for this, I spun my own rendition of The Tree of Life bursting with colour and vibrancy.  The pair of birds with their delicate features illustrates the natural connection of shared life and space.”
