OUT AND ABOUT 4 X 500 PIECE JIGSAW PUZZLE SET – GIBSONS

Whether it’s a visit to the village store, checking up on the family pony, having a picnic by the river or calling in at the vicarage, where would we be without our motor car? It was a bit different back in those days, mind you, hardly another car in sight!

This set of four 500 piece puzzles transports you back to the early days of the motor car, when their presence in the countryside was a rarity. As with all Gibsons jigsaws, the beautifully illustrated pieces are made from the highest quality 100% recycled board and therefore a pleasure to work with again and again.

Kevin Walsh

Kevin Walsh’s paintings are part of Gibsons nostalgia range and many of his original oil paintings can be seen at the Headrow Gallery in Leeds.

Born in Castleford in the heart of former industrial West Riding of Yorkshire, from the same town as famous sculptor Henry Moore. During his degree, where he studied illustration at the Wakefield College of Art, Kevin became well known for his aircraft paintings and became a member of the Guild of Aviation Artists.

In recent years he has become increasingly known for a much wider variety of subjects, such as landscapes, transport and city life, although many of these subjects focus greatly on nostalgia and can be found one a diverse range of products, from greeting cards to biscuit tins.
